A Mitchell man is facing up to 70 years in prison and millions in fines stemming from a June arrest.
Jerry Gorisek of Mitchell is facing federal charges on a five count indictment after a routine police stop.
On June 29, the Scottsbluff Police Department found three ounces of meth, one ounce of cocaine, and thirteen ounces of marijuana, as well as four firearams.
A further investigation of Gorisek's home led to the seizure of seven ounces of meth and twenty-two pounds of marijuana.
Gorisek is being charged with intent to distribute, a convicted felon in possession of a firearm, and cash that was used or intended to be used to commit and facilitate distribution.
