STANTON, Neb. (AP) - A Columbus man has been given a sentence of 12 to 18 months for drunken driving.
Jason Milosich had been arrested in December after he lost control of his pickup and ran off state Highway 57 south of Stanton in northeast Nebraska.
Court records say it was the 29-year-old's fifth DUI arrest, with four previous convictions. After a deal with prosecutors, Milosich pleaded guilty to third-offense drunken driving.
On Monday, Judge Robert Ensz of Stanton County District Court also revoked Milosich's driver's license for 15 years and ordered that Milosich's vehicles be immobilized for eight months.
