United Way and UPS deliver supplies to local schools

After a successful Stuff the Bus campaign, school supplies are being delievered to area schools.
UPS helped load and unload all the supplies and take them to their final destinations.
The supplies that were collected will go to schools in Scottsbluff, Gering, Mitchell, Morill, Minitare, Bayard, Bridgeport, Kimball and Banner County.
For United Way of Western Nebraska finally getting the supplies delievered is when all their hard work pays off.
"We've been working really hard on this with collecting school supplies and we've had such a wonderful response from the community members and just very excited to finally get these school supplies delivered and get them to the schools that need them," says executive director Roxann Backer.
United Way would like to thank the community for all their participation in Stuff the Bus this year and for helping make it such a successful collection.
