SIDNEY, Neb. (AP) - A 50-year-old Illinois man will be sentenced later this month for switching price tags at the Cabela's store in Sidney.

Algis Levisauskas pleaded guilty on Thursday to felony theft by deception. He faces up to five yeas in prison when he is sentenced next week.

An arrest affidavit says Levisauskas and two other men were buying $2,700-$3,100 sonar/GPS units after switching price stickers with stickers taken from units that sold for under $100.

Cabela's believes that occurred 36 times in the past year at its stores in eight states, including twice at the store in Sidney.

It is unclear whether the other two men have been caught. A call to Cheyenne County Attorney Paul Schaub (SHAWB) on Friday was not immediately returned.
