Number of students home sick declining

Area schools are reporting a decline in the number of students home sick from school.
This week began with chilly weather and many students home sick from many area schools, but it seems the numbers are beginning to look better.
Sidney schools reported 210 students absent on Monday compared to Wednesday's 127.
The schools in Minatare only have a total of 17 students gone today after recording 40 to 45 absences in the past few days.
Bridgeport and Scottsbluff schools have been lucky so far this year with only 4% of students gone at any given time and no major outbreaks of illness.
