OMAHA, Neb. (AP) - Registration is under way for a conference designed to improve relationships with diverse groups while nurturing leadership skills among Latinos.
The Heartland Latino Leadership Conference will be held next month in the Omaha area. A reception is set for Lauritzen Gardens in Omaha on Nov. 12. A keynote address, workshops, breakout sessions and other activities are set for Nov. 13 at the Embassy Suites in La Vista. An awards ceremony and dance will close out the evening.
Online registration will close Nov. 8, or sooner if conference capacity is full.
