A Scotts Bluff County District Court Judge gave the go ahead to try Legacy Auto Executives Allen Patch and Rachel Fait together for the disappearance of more than 80 vehicles.

After denying the request earlier Scottsbluff County District Court Judge, Leo Dobrovolny, dropped his opposition to consolidating the cases.

Prosecutors in the case agreed not to introduce a recorded interview with one of the defendants at a joint trial.

Jury selection for the trial is slated to begin on November 30th.

The missing vehicles from the dealership, valued at more than $2.5 million dollars, were found in Utah, Wyoming, Neveda and in Scottsbluff.
