HOLBROOK, Neb. (AP) - Authorities in southwest Nebraska say a 42-year-old woman is dead following the crash of a grain truck.

Furnas County Sheriff's officials say Karen Reiners of McCook was driving the grain truck Saturday afternoon when she ran through a T-intersection north of Holbrook and hit a ditch.

Sheriff's officials say Reiners was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
