Nebraska among three states with internet losses

Internet outages across the state and country for Charter customers were repaired last night after being down for over eight hours.
Charter customers in Nebraska, Vermont and North Carolina couldn't surf the web due to their Qwest server going down.
As calls flooded into cCarter, crews worked hard to get the servers up and running.
Several weeks ago, internet access to the panhandle was cut off for four hours after a vital fiber cable was cut near Cozad.
