Neb. man sentenced to prison for molesting girls

LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) - A 53-year-old Columbus man has been sentenced to 12 to 15 years in prison for molesting three girls under the age of 13.
Bruce Jones pleaded no contest in September to three counts of third-degree sexual assault of a child in Lancaster County and one count of attempted sexual assault of a child in Platte County. He is set to be sentenced on the Platte County conviction on Friday.
All three girls, surrounded by relatives, were in the Lancaster County courtroom on Monday to see Jones sentenced.
