LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) - Workshops in Halsey, Lewellen and Cozad will teach residents how to promote Nebraska's unique byways using podcasts.
The "Podcasting Along Nebraska Byways" workshops are targeted to those who promote the nine scenic byways in Nebraska. Participants will learn to create and publish their own podcasts for use on Web sites, or by businesses along the byway.
Podcasts are audio or video files that are downloaded on to Web sites.
There is a cost for the class, and participants must register by Jan. 26 or Feb. 22, depending on the location of the class they plan to attend.
