NORFOLK, Neb. (AP) - Officials in northeast Nebraska are warning motorists to beware of some slick spots on area roads, despite warmer conditions and work by road crews over the weekend.

The Nebraska State Patrol says U.S. Highway 20 from Randolph east to Nebraska Highway 9 has some trouble spots, and that Highway 12 from Crofton to Highway 15 has one-lane travel in stretches.

The patrol also says highways near Wayne, Winside, Stanton, Bancroft and Albion contain spots of 1-lane traffic.

The Nebraska Department of Roads indicates icy and snowy conditions on roads throughout the eastern half of the state.

Motorists can find the latest Nebraska road conditions by calling 511 or visiting http://www.511nebraska.org online.
