A small local library has received a financial boost to fuel some big changes.
The Morrill Public Library has upgraded its facilities after receiving several donations.
The Nebraska Library Commission and the Gates Foundation gave the library five new computers.
The Village of Morrill helped fund a lift inside the library and students from the local high school painted murals for the walls.
Morrill Public Library was originally built in 1936 as both a library and office for the city fire chief.
The library will host an open house Thursday February 16th to celebrate the new renovations.
