Police say autopsy results should help investigators piece together exactly what happened during a double homicide in Alliance during the weekend.
Autopsies for 22-year-old, Catalina "Cathy" Chavez and 42-year-old, Mike Loutzenhiser were scheduled for today.
Police responded to a call for help at 756 East 8th street on Saturday morning and found the bodies of Chavez and Loutzenhiser.
Police also found a 25-year-old male with serious injuries at the home.
He was taken to a local hospital then air lifted to Denver Health for further treatment.
Police say the 25 -year-old male has been identified and is considered a person of interest in the case.
The 25-year-old was listed in fair condition at Denver Health Medical Center Sunday.
Authorities have not released his name
