The City of Alliance has launched a new travel website to promote overnight stays and highlight Alliance's unique attractions and friendly neighbors as a part of our mission to "Build the Best Hometown in America." The new site, VisitAlliance.com, offers a simple navigation structure, mobile friendly theme, and is search engine optimized. It also features promotional attraction descriptions and direct links to local businesses, attractions, and accommodation options.
The website www.VisitAlliance.com has the ability to grow as the tourism industry grows and there are plans to include more content in the future. VisitAlliance.com differs from many other plain text websites in that it allows users to have a unique, user-friendly, experience by utilizing specialized formatting and techniques that hold content and images in place.
City Manager J.D. Cox has been quoted as saying: "Our new traveler's website will help visitors map out their visits to Alliance by giving them information about the great places and activities Alliance has to offer."
Mayor Fred Feldges said; "Tailoring the site to meet the needs of Alliance travelers will help them make the most of their visit while supporting the growing Alliance tourism industry."
The Alliance Visitors Bureau, established in 2011, is committed to growing the tourism industry within the area.
Alliance Visitors Bureau Director Kevin Howard invites any comments and suggestions for our new site as VisitAlliance.com represents all of us as neighbors, while we "Build the Best Hometown in America."
