The Scottsbluff man facing charges of sexual abuse breaks down in tears while giving testimony today.
Eric Rocha took the stand and answered questions in front of a jury, and maintained his innocence.
When the prosecutor asked if he had ever sexually assaulted any of the children, the 34-year-old began crying.
Rocha then told the jury he never touched his children inappropriately or asked them to do any sexual acts towards him.
Rocha is charged with first-degree sexual assault, and is being held on a one million dollar bond.
The Rocha trial has 39 witnesses and will continue on into next week.
