Gun dispute lands Sidney man in police custody

A Sidney man pleads guilty after threatening his wife with a loaded gun during an argument.

37 - year - old Mark Allsman has pleaded guilty to making terroristic threats and using a weapon to commit a felony.

Allsman is accused of pointing a loaded gun at his wife during an argument about buying *another* gun.

Allsman is a convicted felon, and state law prohibits him from owning *any* guns.

Sentencing is scheduled for April 4th in Cheyenne District Court.
