Morrill fire ruled an accident, cause undetermined

The Nebraska State Fire Marshal's office is ruling a Morrill workshop fire an accident.

Deputy State Fire Marshal, Mike Turner says the fire is being submitted as an accidental fire with an undetermined cause.

Turner says "the fire originated at or very near a cabinet that contained numerous containers of various types of flammable liquids and paints."

The fire destroyed a workshop and a classic 1968 Chevy Chevelle causing at least $100,000 dollars in damages.

Nobody was injured in the fire.

The building and contents valued at $228,000 dollars were completely destroyed.
