Flags to fly at half staff to honor Wisconsin shooting victims

Nebraska Governor Dave Heineman is asking Nebraskans to honor the victims in the Oak Creek, Wisconsin tragedy.

Governor Heineman has asked everyone to lower their U.S. and state flags to half-staff for the rest of this week to show respect for the victims of violence in Wisconsin.

President Barack Obama issued the proclamation to lower the flags until sunset Friday.

The shooting happened on Monday when alleged gunman Wade Michael Page shot six people and wounded four in a SIKH temple in suburban Milwaukee.
