A Scottsbluff man charged with child abuse gets 5 years in prison.
34-year-old Nathan Pace entered a no contest plea for intentional child abuse.
Authorities say pace physically abused his two-month-old son.
Pace was arrested in February after doctors at a Denver hospital said the child has serious non-accidental head injuries.
Scottsbluff County Attorney Doug Warner says the child has fully recovered and is doing well at home.
