A Bushnell man has started a petition to recall Kimball County Attorney Dave Wilson.

Verne Hackbarth claims in his petition that Wilson has failed to foreclose on properties removed from tax rolls, costing the county potential revenue.

He also maintains Wilson has furnished his personal office at a high expense to Kimball County.

Wilson denies that any properties were removed from tax rolls, and claims he has personally paid for all office furnishings.
