It is even easier to get in shape at the YMCA with new challenging and fun fitness classes to choose from.
The Scottsbluff YMCA continually adds and changes their group fitness classes to stay on fitness trend.
YMCA staff are seeing an increase in attendance in their group fitness classes.
Their newest class is called power pump.
The workout is a full body weight training class that instructors say is great for anyone at any age.
Fitness Instructor, Amy Ellison says, "The hardest part is just getting here. I think once you get here we take it from there. All you have to do is show up and then we'll take you to the end. You know group fitness you know you're going to have someone that's going to be here. You know that someone's going to push you and motivate you."
YMCA staff will add the widely popular group fitness class, Turbo kick, in October.
