The Chadron Police Department identified the man believed to have passed hundreds of dollars worth of fake 20 dollar bills in the area.
After a thorough investigation, police identified 35 -year -old Jeffrey Walsh as the man who spent 800 dollars in counterfeits last month at Chadron businesses.
Police obtained an active felony arrest warrant for four felony charges. Walsh was last seen in the Hot Springs, South Dakota area, but is believed to have left area.
