A Sidney woman who was arrested for biting, kicking and spitting on a police officer is found incompetent to stand trial.
41-year old Tammie Stansbury was arrested in May after refusing to leave a local business.
When an officer confronted her she kicked him in the groin and on the ride to jail she spat on the officer and bit his arm.
This week a psychologist ruled that *currently* Stansbury is incompetent to stand trial, but that could change in the near future.
A hearing to see if she becomes competent to stand trial has been scheduled for December 11th.
