U.S. Senator Ben Nelson calls for increased security measures following yesterday's deadly attacks Libya.
An attack on the U.S. consulate in Libya left four Americans dead - including the U.S. Ambassador.
In Egypt, protestors scaled the walls of the U.S. Embassy, and destroyed the American flag.
These attacks are believed to stem from a U.S. movie that ridiculed the Islam prophet Muhammad.
Nelson says there needs to be more security to prevent these types of attacks from happening again. "I think we need to take a belt and suspenders approach to this and beef up security at our embassy's around the world. Just in case there is a concerted effort here- an organized effort- to attack the U.S. wherever we exist."
50 marines were already sent to Libya to reinforce security at U.S. diplomatic facilities.
