44 Wyoming Soliders are welcomed home

44 Wyoming soldiers were welcomed home from overseas today at the Wyoming Air National Guard base in Cheyenne.

Five airmen from the 187th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron and 16 airmen from the153rd Airlift Wing are returning home after 4 months in Afghanistan.

The troops will be flying from Afghanistan on a C-130 transport plane.

23 troops with Detachment 3, B company and the 777th Aviation are also returning to the U.S. after a year in Kosovo.

The Detachment helped maintain aircraft for the North Dakota Army National Guard.
