Ann Romney makes a pit-stop in Nebraska to help out her husband's campaign.
Governor Dave Heineman and Senator Mike Johanns are hosting a GOP fundraiser in La-Vista on September 21st.
Presidential candidate Mitt Romney's Omaha fundraiser brought in almost $800,000 in May.
His wife, Ann is attending the event at the Embassy Suites in La-Vista.
She says she wants to draw attention to Multiple Sclerosis, Breast Cancer and at-risk youth.
Ann says her main focus is to help the lives of kids in the U.S.
"The most important message I think that people need to hear is why we're running, and understand that mitt cares for those Americans that are suffering right now. There are 23 million that are underemployed or unemployed."
It costs $250.00 to attend the noon reception and $2,500 to get your picture taken with Ann Romney.
