Casper fire update

Today's dry, windy weather tests the containment lines on Casper Mountain.

The Sheep Herder Hill Fire, which has burned 36 homes on the mountain is 70% contained.

Cooler, humid weather over the past few days allowed firefighters to lay more fire-lines.

The fire isn't growing much, but thanks to better mapping it's now reached a 24-mile stretch.

Some evacuees still haven't been allowed to return home.

The cause of the Sheep Herder Hill Fire is still under investigation.
