Meth and weapons seized during I-80 traffic stop

A routine traffic stop lands a Longmont, Colorado man in jail, after drugs and concealed weapons are found in the vehicle.

48-year-old Mark Maly was arrested in Deuel County yesterday after a state trooper found methamphetamine and concealed guns and knives in his car.

Trooper Ron Kessler says Maly was speeding and failing to maintain a lane. He searched the vehicle with probable cause, and found the illicit materials.

Online court documents do not yet list when Maly will make his first court appearance.
