A former Western Nebraska therapist pleads no contest to charges of fraud.
Nebraska Attorney General Jon Bruning says Jennie Miller of Chadron entered a no contest plea to charges of Medicaid fraud yesterday.
Bruning says Miller claimed more than 15,000 in Medicaid payments for services she did not provide.
The Attorney General's office says Miller was in a Wyoming jail on unrelated charges at the time she claimed to have provided mental health services.
Miller faces up to 5 years in prison.
She will be sentenced November 27th in Dawes County District Court.
