Miss Western Nebraska/Miss Gering crowned

There are four new girls wearing crowns in Western Nebraska after the inaugural Miss Western Nebraska/Miss Gering Pageant.

14 young ladies competed for four different titles this weekend at Gering High School.

Two sisters: JaLee and JaCee Pilkington took the Miss Teen Western Nebraska and Miss Western Nebraska titles respectively.

Scottsbluff High School Student Brittli Sell is the new Miss Teen Gering and Kaylee Carlberg is the new Miss Gering.

All the contestants were judged on interview, evening gown, lifestyle, swimsuit, talent and physical fitness.
