Two men facing criminal charges in Cheyenne County Court are granted continuances.
53-year-old Larry Martinez is charged with first degree murder for the July shooting death of 30-year old Mandy Kershman.
His hearing for suppression of evidence has been pushed back until next month.
36-year-old Josef Slezak appeared for an arraignment on Wednesday.His case was also continued because he filed a plea to challenge evidentiary findings.
Slezak faces manslaughter charges after allegedly causing a crash that killed a family on I-80.
Both men are scheduled back in court on November 7th.
