Flu Cases Reported

Traditionally, October isn't flu season, but cases are popping up early.

There have already been cases of the flu reported throughout the region, mostly in Eastern Wyoming.

Wyoming State Health Officer Wendy Braud says the flu season typically peaks in February and March. She's encouraging everybody to get flu shots as soon as possible.

Flu shots are available at many locations throughout KOTA Territory, including retail stores and public health offices.
