A 60 year old Minatare man is behind bars after his plea deal in a child sex assault and pornography case.
Scottsbluff County Court records say someone borrowed David Nielsen's phone and found nude photos of a teenage girl.
Records say Nielsen told investigators he'd taken pictures of the girl and had sex with her since she was 13 or 14 years old, the girl is 16 now.
David Nielsen has been sentenced to 30-40 years in prison.
Nielsen's original charges were sexual assault of a child, and four counts of possessing child pornography.
He pleaded no contest to attempted sexual assault of a child after prosecutors dropped the porn charges.
