There are more cones and road blocks on a popular Scottsbluff street.
The construction on 27th Street has been on going since Summer and is a few weeks from completion.
Starting Monday, the road will be paved and is expected to be complete within ten days.
Business Owner Larry Russell says the construction hasn't hurt his business but he does have another concern.
"More of a situation of, I think safety. People going by and I think it's probably taken some traffic from the area because I think people are trying to avoid..more than anything else."
Construction crews suggest drivers plan ahead and expect traffic.
