Terrytown is ready to get rid of the junk that's been blocking a major alleyway.
The alley between Terry Boulevard and South Street has seen a ton of trash recently.
And not just your typical garbage, large items such as couches, mattresses and big screen TV's.
The city has removed loads of junk but after a day or two the items start to pile up again.
City leaders are promising to crack down on the people responsible for leaving these items.
"It's been a real problem. It's costing us a lot of time and money to move that stuff out of there."
The Mayor says if you see anyone dumping large waste in the alley, get their license plate number and contact police.
