Montana Man Being Held Without Bond

The Montana man arrested in the Cody, Wyoming abduction case is being held without bond in a Montana jail.

39 year old Jesse Tyler Speer has waived his right to an extradition hearing during a brief court appearance Monday.

Police documents state Speer drove an 11 year old Cody girl to a church parking lot on October 8th after kidnapping her.

Elk hunters later found the girl and took her to safety.

Speer has yet to enter a plea.
