Gering murder getting national media attention

A 2008 murder of a Gering toddler is finally getting national attention.

Inside Edition aired a piece this week on the murder of two-year-old Juliette Geurts.

Three adults were in the home when she died, and autopsy results show she died of blunt force trauma.

Reporter Lisa Guerrero was able to track down all three adults, but none claimed to be responsible for the murder.

A grand jury investigation is being conducted by Banner County Attorney Jim Zimmerman to see if charges can be filed in this case.
