Drivers in the Cowboy State rank among the top in the nation for organ donations.
Wyoming has been recognized by the "Health Resources and Services Administration" for its high rate of organ donors.
Nearly 60 percent of Wyoming adults are registered organ donors. Organ donors say it feels good to help others in need.
"I just feel that I can't take it with me, so I might as well help somebody that really needs it," says Michelle Burds of Torrington.
"I decided to say yes because I just wanted to save a life," added Kiffany McClun, also of Torrington.
