A Scotts Bluff woman is arrested after shooting at a man during a dispute.
37 year old Christine Leach is charged with second degree assault, terrorist threats, use of a weapon to commit a felony and possession of stolen property.
Leach allegedly shot at 23 year old Joseph Palomo at the Eastwood Apartments Thursday night around nine.
According to authorities Leach missed Palomo with the shot and the bullet went into an apartment nearby.
No one was injured in the shooting.
Leach is being held in the Scotts Bluff County Detention Center and will have a preliminary hearing November sixth.
