Chadron State College's Armstrong building has groundbreaking ceremony

Chadron State College students may notice some renovations and expansions of a main building on campus.

After this weekend's Homecoming game, players and fans were ushered to the Armstrong Physical Education building for the groundbreaking of the renovation and expansion of the building.

The project includes a 2,100 seat sports arena.

The Armstrong building serves as headquarters for C.S.C'S N.C.A.A Division II sports programs.

The college expects the first phase of the project to be completed in Fall of 2014.
