Scottsbluff trick-or - treaters now have plenty of options on where to go Halloween night.
That's because merchants in downtown Scottsbluff will participate in "Trick-or-Treat Street".
Organizers say the annual event offers a safe, centralized location for parents to take their kids.
Business owners will have the opportunity to hand out candy to kids, while showcasing their shop to adults.
"From a merchant's perspective, it really shows people what's down here and that we are community oriented," says Cappuccino & Co. owner Kolene Woodward. "And we always dress up at the shop."
Trick-or-Treat Street will run from 4 until 6 p.m. on Wednesday night ... giving kids enough time to scour their neighborhood for more treats.
