Chadron Police investigation leads to undercover arrest of 18-year-old man

A Chadron man is arrested on a variety of drug charges.

Chadron Police have arrested Rusty Sitting Holy after an investigation of illegal distribution of narcotics.

Undercover officers were able to purchase a small amount of psilocybin mushrooms during the investigation.

Officers served a search warrant on Sitting Holy's house, and he now faces the following charges:

*Delivery of psilocybin mushrooms within one thousand feet of a city park

*Tampering with a witness

*Possession of marijuana

* And possession of drug paraphernalia.

Members of the WING Drug Task Force assisted with the investigation.
