People living at the Western Nebraska Veterans Home are treated to a Halloween party in Scottsbluff.
Dozens of residents were on hand this morning to partake in coffee, Halloween treats and some live music by local favorite Embert Mishler.
Evelyn Bricker says she is especially fond of Halloween because of the joy it brought *her* children as they were growing up, "I had six children, so we always had a good time."
