Ghosts and goblins, princesses and super heroes, All convene in Downtown Scottsbluff.
Broadway was filled with young trick-or-treaters tonight.
The downtown merchants host the annual Trick-or-Treat Street, and kids go from business-to-business collecting candy.
Participating businesses say this format offers a safer alternative in a centralized area in-town.
"Any event involving kids and families is always a really good event. It's a safe way for kids to get out, go trick-or-treating and see the downtown area."
Trick-or-Treat Street has been a main-stay for downtown merchants for the past decade.
