U.S. Senate Candidate Bob Kerrey made a visit to the Panhandle today.
Kerrey met with local veterans and other voters at the Chadron American Legion Club.
The former Democratic Nebraska Governor has spent two terms in the U.S. Senate.
Kerrey's facing Republican Deb Fischer in the race to replace Democrat Ben Nelson.
He will also make a pit stop this evening at the Fur Trade Days Flag ceremony in Dawes County.
