Daylight savings is over and with its end comes the reminder to change your clocks.
Standard Time returns this weekend at 2 a.m. Sunday so people need to set their clocks back an hour before going to bed Saturday.
The hassle of changing your clock bears a gift of an extra hour of sleep.
But for some it may mean an extra hour of work to overnight shifts.
Not all states make the switch from standard time though, Hawaii, some of Arizona and the Virgin Islands don't need to change their clocks.
But here in Nebraska we do, so don't forget.
Daylight savings returns in March.
