Different events headline Midwest Theater's schedule

The Midwest Theatre in downtown Scottsbluff is riding high after two recent grants.

The grants come in order to help the theater convert to a new digital system. Directors are also focused on bringing the arts to the Scottsbluff area. Last Thursday they hosted the Utah Repertory Dance Squad, bringing world–class talent to the area. The theater also holds weekly movie screenings, showcasing movies that otherwise wouldn't be seen in the Panhandle.
