A disputed insurance claim could delay a lawsuit over a fire that destroyed a popular Cheyenne hotel.
National Security Corporation is requesting the delay.
The company accuses the owners of the Hitching Post Inn of intentionally burning the hotel to claim more than 13 million dollars in insurance money.
Federal Officials recently charged a New Mexico Man with arson in connection with the 2010 fire.
Attorneys have opposed the insurance company's request while criminal charges are still pending.
