A huge land sale in Central Nebraska has encouraged many people about rising farmland values.
Nine bidders agreed to pay more than fifteen million dollars for nearly two thousand acres. This has people in Western Nebraska begging the question of how much is our land worth? With strong corn and soybean production the last few years, land values could be on the upswing.
"The big factor here is there's money out there to buy this land and that money's coming from successful farming which is fed by the commodity prices."
Ross doesn't expect the market for agriculture land to slow down any time soon.
